Inka's is awesome! My wife and I went for a Saturday lunch date and it wasn't busy at all to get in. (You can get a reservation) The staff greeted us and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit. Our server greeted us immediately and introduced us to the menus, options and their favorites. It was a wonderfully pleasant experience and so nicely decorated inside. Service was well paced and attentive. We ordered some drinks, an appetizer, mains and a dessert and all of it was wonderful. With the highlight being the steak skewers, they truly were perfection. I think the greatest compliment I can give is knowing that we will definitely be back to try more. I love a menu that has so much variety of things I rarely have or never had. Which means I think you should go to! Enjoy!!

Dining at Inkas was an absolute delight, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Carlos. From the moment we sat down, Carlos was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making our experience truly special. He expertly guided us through the menu, and his recommendations were spot-on. The ceviche was simply outstanding – fresh, vibrant, and bursting with authentic Peruvian flavors. It was clear that high-quality ingredients were used, and the balance of citrus and spice was perfect. Then came the roasted chicken, which was equally impressive. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, with a beautifully seasoned, crispy skin that had us raving. It was a hearty and comforting dish that perfectly showcased the restaurant's culinary prowess. Beyond the fantastic food, Carlos's service elevated the entire meal. He was always there when we needed him without being intrusive, and his genuine enthusiasm for the food and the restaurant was infectious. He truly made us feel welcomed and valued. We can't wait to return to Inkas, and we'll definitely be asking for Carlos again!

Finally had the time to stop by and it did not disappoint. I sat at the bar (solo date vibes!) it was busy, it took a minute to get the menu, but the staff was lovely once things got going. I had the Salmon con Mantequilla de Naranja and honestly... dreamy. The orange butter sauce? Melts-in-your-mouth. The sweet potato and lucuma combo? Unexpected and so good. Beautifully plated and full of flavor. The space feels fresh and thoughtfully designed.

Wow - what a gem we now have in Syracuse. The space is absolutely stunning and feels like a complete escape - especially in these cold, grey months. The food is exceptional; perfectly seasoned and cooked, well balanced and beyond flavorful. The cocktails are unlike anything else the Syracuse cocktail scene has to offer and are interesting, balanced, and delicious! And of course, the service really deserves a shout out. We had Steven as our server and he was exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and made us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. The food scene in Syracuse is seriously underrated and we are so lucky to have restaurants like Inka’s joining the fold. If you haven’t been yet, take an evening out and enjoy all that Inka’s has to offer.

I had been wanting to try this new restaurant downtown for a while—so many friends had told me great things about the service and the food. We didn’t have a reservation, and we were lucky to be seated with a waiter (I think his name was Charles or Carlos) who was incredibly attentive the whole time. I had lots of questions about the dishes, since I’ve lived in Syracuse for 40 years and had never tried Peruvian food before. Based on the recommendations I’d heard, everything absolutely lived up to the hype—the atmosphere, the drinks, the food, and the service were all outstanding. I know I’m not the easiest customer and I also have allergies, but they were very accommodating and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

My wife and I met friends for dinner on a Wednesday. The place was busy af. Also, clean af. No dust, grease, clutter, etc. The experience exceeded all expectations for a small city. Service, food, atmosphere, and value were all just a little bit better than was expected. That's a brilliant business practice that so many potentially successful restaurants could learn from. So, our server Paolo (sp?) was wonderful. He spent time with us explaining the different dishes and some of the Peruvian cuisine. It was so cool and made us feel special and valued as guests. I know absolutely nothing about Peruvian food so he could have told us anything and I would have just accepted it but we could tell he wasn't about just romantisizing the cuture to Americans, and more about really wanting us to know about his culture. I had the pork belly, and it was delicious. I was a little curious that food wasn't a little more flavorful. It was cooked to perfection. Succulant, juicy, crispy, and rich. But just not a ton of seasoning. I suppose I have expectations and spoke with our server about it. He explained that Peruvian food isn't loaded with seasonings like some other cultures and focuses more on the flavor of the actual base of the meal (i.e., the prep of the pork belly, the specific vegitable, etc) The drinks were delicious. All in, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing experience. My partner said the short rib was the best he’s ever had, our friend loved the cauliflower, my chicken was perfect, and the ceviche was delicious and refreshing. The staff were helpful and attentive and the restaurant is gorgeous. The bar looks fun, and we’re excited to try drinks next time!

Wow! What a wonderful place and wonderful experience! I had been to this location when it was a different business, I was blown away when I saw what an amazing job inkas did with their decor and atmosphere as a whole. Our server Steven was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their drink menu was great, I ordered a 'zen' which was amazing! It was flavorful, light and refreshing, the basil really made it! For our appetizer we had the causa roll furai, it was delicious and very filling. The octopus was cooked perfectly, the avocado added a nice creamy element and the tomatoes gave it the acidity it needed. For our main course we both ordered aji de gallina, it was delicious and filling. I have had this dish twice before at other restaurants and both put A few olives on top, I do wish they would add those here because I think it takes it up a notch and adds a salty/briney element. Still delicious though! I did order dessert to go because we were too full from our meals to eat it there, I ordered crema volteada which is a Peruvian take on flan, I have not tried it yet, It is still in my fridge because I was too full to eat it yet but does look yummy!...... A couple months back we did order takeout from here and had seco de asado de tira and the pollo al a brasa, both were delicious as well. All in all, I love this place and I'm so happy to have a place like this here in Syracuse! The menus are easy to navigate and the descriptions are excellent in helping you decide your order. I am looking forward to more meals there and trying exploring more of their menu! Absolutely highly recommend!
